Absolutely phenomenal meal. I saw a picture online of a simple bean rice and cheese burritos smothered in green chili and had to have it . We we were pleasantly surprised that the burrito, as simple as it was, it was the best green chili, bean and cheese and rice burrito we’ve ever had.

I love santi breakfast burritos,you are lucky to have this place in sterling. People who don't like their green chili are loco. However the credit card machine never works for me there and it has caused me to have to wait a long time to get my food. Also the restaurant is way to small. That place sells 1000 burritos a day come on open a bigger place ,and get a new credit card machine!!!! The burrito is excellent!!!

The consistently delicious offerings are highly appreciated. The breakfast burritos, available with a range of heat levels (mild, half mild/half hot, and hot), are a particular favorite. We regularly purchase a small cup of their sauce to complement our takeout orders. We have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections. We are frequent patrons when visiting from Tulsa.

Excellent authentic food and the staff were so friendly. The atmosphere was hot and cramped. I would definitely our out though.

We stopped in Sterling for lunch on a road trip and just happened into Santiago's. We ordered the green chili plate and carnitas enchiladas with green chili sauce. Both were excellent--the green chili was spicy and flavorful, and the enchiladas were very generously filled with meat. We both found the meal filling without being overly salty or too heavy as Mexican food can sometimes be. The portion size was good--not too enormous. We ate in the restaurant, which was simple and clean, and the staff was friendly and gave the place a great vibe. Overall excellent food and a great experience at a great price! I suspect I'll be dreaming about this green chili!

Got there right when they opened and they had breakfast burritos hot and ready to go before I even ordered....it was a quick and a pleasant experience with great customer service and the breakfast burritos are always delicious the only suggestion I have for Santiago's is more parking and seating options
